ISFP’s commitment for respect, safety and equality

For equality and diversity

ISFP champions equality and freedom from discrimination, ensuring that everyone is treated fairly, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, beliefs, cultural background, health status, or language. We celebrate diversity within our community and welcome experts in medicine and science from all around the world to participate and contribute.

By embracing human rights, diversity, and equality, ISFP firmly opposes any form of discrimination or prejudice that contradicts these values. Together, we strive to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all.

Against discrimination and harassment

At ISFP, we are dedicated to creating a respectful and safe space for everyone attending our initiatives—whether in-person or online. By joining an ISFP meeting or activity, we ask everyone to follow a simple code of conduct to ensure kindness and fairness for all.

We do not tolerate behavior that violates the dignity of a person, is hostile or intimidating, creates or contribute to a negative or offensive atmosphere. This includes harassment, bullying, and discrimination in any form, whether in person, online, or through electronic messages.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Comments or actions that feel unwelcome, intimidating, or hurtful, including sexual or psychological harassment, bullying, or stalking.
  • Hostile or upsetting behavior, like derogatory remarks or unwelcome advances.
  • Sharing offensive images, gestures, or words that harm someone’s dignity or wellbeing.
  • Discrimination or aggression in any form, including unwanted communication or physical violence.

We encourage everyone to read our full anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policy here

If you experience or witness harassment or discrimination, you can safely report it to info@isfp-fertility.org.  Your concerns will be taken seriously and handled without fear of retaliation.
