Applications for membership are submitted to the secretary of the Executive Committee for approval by the Executive Committee.
Approved applicants become members of the Society upon payment of the required initiation fees and dues. The annual dues will be 60 USD annually for Physicians/Doctors and 40 USD annually for all other members (nurses, scientists, lab technicians, etc).
When a member has been elected to membership and has paid all the required initiation fees and dues, a Certificate of Membership is issued in his/her name and delivered by the secretary. The Board of Directors oversees the issuance of certificates attesting to membership of the Society. Such certificates are signed by the president or vice president and the secretary or assistant secretary and are sealed with the seal of the Society.
