HOW IS THE ISFP GOVERNED?
The affairs of the society are managed by its Board of Directors,
numbering five from each continent (America, Europe and Asia). The term of office of each director is two years. Each year, new directors will be elected to replace outgoing directors. The term of office for private sector directors is also two years.
A regular meeting of the Board of Directors will be held every other year in the same place as the meeting of members. The Board of Directors may assign, by resolution, the time and place of additional meetings.
